Expert: Verified professional providing consultation
Consultation: Paid or unpaid interaction via chat, call, or video

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ConsultX
Minors may use services only under guardian supervision
You confirm all provided information is accurate and truthful

3. Nature of Platform (Important Disclaimer)

ConsultX is a technology-enabled intermediary platform. ConsultX does not provide legal, medical, psychological, or professional advice. All consultations are independently provided by Experts.

ConsultX is not responsible for advice or outcomes
Consultations do not constitute legal representation or medical treatment
Users rely on expert advice at their own risk

4. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate personal and payment information
Use the platform lawfully
Do not record sessions without consent
Do not harass, abuse, or misuse services
Do not seek illegal or unethical guidance

5. Expert Responsibilities

Provide genuine qualifications
Maintain professional conduct
Deliver services ethically and lawfully
Do not guarantee outcomes
Maintain confidentiality

6. Verification & KYC

Experts undergo identity and document verification. ConsultX does not guarantee absolute accuracy of credentials. Users should independently verify information.

7. Consultation Process

Consultations are time-bound and mode-specific
Expert acceptance is discretionary
Availability is not guaranteed

8. Payments & Fees

Payments processed via third-party gateways
ConsultX charges a platform commission
Taxes may apply
ConsultX is not liable for payment gateway failures

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

No refund after consultation starts
Partial refunds may apply for technical issues
Refund decisions by ConsultX are final

10. Subscriptions

Subscription fees are non-refundable
Auto-renewal applies unless cancelled
Subscription benefits may change

11. Ratings & Reviews

Users may submit honest reviews. Fake, abusive, or misleading reviews may be removed at ConsultX�s discretion.

12. Intellectual Property

All platform content belongs to ConsultX. Unauthorized copying or distribution may result in legal action.

13. Data Privacy & Security

User data is handled as per the Privacy Policy. Absolute data security cannot be guaranteed.

14. Limitation of Liability

ConsultX shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user.

15. Indemnification

Users and Experts agree to indemnify ConsultX against claims arising from misuse, breach of terms, or violation of laws.

16. Termination

ConsultX may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for violations or legal reasons.

17. Modifications

ConsultX may update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
