Teleconsultation Guidelines for Professionals

Standards and responsibilities for professionals on the ConsultX platform

1. Introduction

These Teleconsultation Guidelines for Professionals ("Guidelines") outline the standards and responsibilities applicable to professionals providing consultation services through the ConsultX platform. ConsultX connects users with independent professionals including advocates, career counselors, mental health experts, dietitians, and other specialists.

By registering or providing teleconsultation services through ConsultX, professionals agree to comply with these Guidelines.

2. Independent Professional Status

Professionals using the ConsultX platform operate as independent service providers. ConsultX does not employ, supervise, or control the professional services delivered by professionals on the platform. Professionals are solely responsible for the advice, guidance, and recommendations provided during consultations.

3. Professional Qualifications

Professionals must ensure that:

Professionals must comply with all applicable ConsultX policies including Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Teleconsultation Terms, and Cancellation and Refund Policies. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of the professional's account.

11. Limitation of Platform Responsibility

ConsultX provides the technological infrastructure for consultations but does not assume responsibility for the professional services delivered by professionals. Professionals acknowledge that they remain solely responsible for the advice and services provided to users.

12. Updates to Guidelines

ConsultX may update or modify these Guidelines from time to time. Continued use of the platform by professionals constitutes acceptance of the updated Guidelines.
