ConsultX operates solely as a technology intermediary that enables users to connect with independent professionals. ConsultX:

• Does not provide professional advice
• Does not employ the listed professionals
• Does not control the services provided by professionals

All consultations and advice are provided directly by the independent professionals.

3. User Eligibility

To use the ConsultX platform:

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• ConsultX reserves the right to suspend accounts that provide false information

4. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
• All activities performed through their account
• Ensuring the accuracy of their personal information

ConsultX is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

5. Booking and Consultation

Users may book consultations with professionals through the platform. ConsultX does not guarantee:

• The availability of professionals
• The outcome of consultations
• The accuracy of professional advice

All professional interactions are solely between the user and the expert.

6. Payments

Payments for consultations may be processed through third-party payment gateways. ConsultX may charge a platform service fee or commission. ConsultX is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

ConsultX shall not be liable for:

• Decisions made by users based on consultations
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Damages resulting from the use of the platform

The total liability of ConsultX shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the consultation.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Harass professionals
• Upload illegal or harmful content
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology used on the ConsultX platform are the intellectual property of ConsultX. Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in India.
