Consultations must be booked and paid for through the official ConsultX platform. Consultation sessions are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed. ConsultX is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment providers.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for complete details.
All information shared during a consultation is confidential. Users must not:
Teleconsultation services on the ConsultX platform are not suitable for emergency situations. If you or someone you know is experiencing a medical, legal, or personal emergency, please contact the appropriate emergency services immediately. Do not rely on this platform for urgent assistance.

The total liability of ConsultX shall not exceed the consultation fee paid by the user.
ConsultX reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in India.
