Teleconsultation Terms for Users

1. Introduction

These Teleconsultation Terms for Users ("Terms") govern the use of consultation services available through the ConsultX platform. ConsultX is a technology platform that connects users with independent professionals including advocates, career counselors, mental health experts, dietitians, and other specialists.

By booking or attending a consultation through ConsultX, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Nature of Service

ConsultX provides a technology platform that facilitates connections between users and independent professionals. ConsultX:

• Does not employ or supervise the professionals on the platform
• Does not control the advice or services provided by professionals
• Does not guarantee the outcome of any consultation

All professional advice is provided solely by the independent professional you consult.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the ConsultX platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking or during consultations
• Use consultation services only for lawful purposes
• Treat professionals with respect and professionalism
• Not record consultations without the prior consent of the professional

4. Booking and Payments

Consultations must be booked and paid for through the official ConsultX platform. Consultation sessions are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed. ConsultX is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment providers.

5. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for complete details.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during a consultation is confidential. Users must not:

• Share or publish consultation content without consent
• Record sessions without prior consent of the professional
• Use consultation information for commercial purposes

7. Emergency Situations

Teleconsultation services on the ConsultX platform are not suitable for emergency situations. If you or someone you know is experiencing a medical, legal, or personal emergency, please contact the appropriate emergency services immediately. Do not rely on this platform for urgent assistance.

8. Limitation of Liability

ConsultX shall not be liable for:

• The professional advice provided by experts during consultations
• Decisions made by users based on consultations
• Service interruptions or technical issues beyond our control

The total liability of ConsultX shall not exceed the consultation fee paid by the user.

9. Amendments

ConsultX reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in India.
